The company Vítor Alves - Construção e Manutenção de Jardins, Lda. is a Portuguese company created by its owner Vítor Alves in 1999, at the time his only human resource.
He carries out works in the field of Landscape Architecture specifically design and construction of gardens, public parks, lawns, play and recreational spaces. It also does maintenance of gardens / outdoor spaces, as well as decoration and maintenance of interior gardens and flower boxes.

Vitor Alves- Construção e Manutenção de Jardins is a Portuguese company created by its owner Vitor Alves, being at the time its only human resource.
Landscape Architecture Works
Vitor Alves begins to develop construction projects for gardens, public parks, lawns, playgrounds and recreational spaces and begins to perform maintenance of gardens / outdoor spaces, as well as decoration and maintenance of interior gardens and flower boxes.
Vitor Alves continues to grow, despite the economic and financial crisis, this is not an obstacle to the growth of the company, which is distinguished by its quality assurance and good organization, as well as its environmental concern.
In 2015, Vitor Alves reaches 1000 works executed and has 200 maintenance customers.
Vitor Alves conquered the market and became a reference company in the area, started by offering garden construction and maintenance services, currently, it offers services in several areas such as: lighting, sidewalks, urban furniture, playgrounds, irrigation systems, swimming pools, project creation. In this way, the company has transformed itself to offer everything that is geared to an outdoor space. The company creates and develops solutions thought out for each specific client, and that is what differentiates us.
To keep up with this evolution of services provided it was necessary to expand the team, currently with about 50 employees, and this workforce is very specialized. Our team includes landscape architects and civil engineers, which allows us to provide a response of excellence.
Vitor Alves is a multipurpose company recognized for its excellence, having received several distinctions such as PME Líder 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and PME Excelência 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Currently, we work not only with private companies, but also with public entities such as: the City Council of Mafra, Torres Vedras, Cascais, and Lisbon.
Throughout these 20 years, Vitor Alves bets a lot on innovation, through the growth of the team, as well as the acquisition of innovative equipment, making it a unique and strong company in the area.
Vitor Alves intends to continue developing in the area and becoming more and more polyvalent and recognized.

Vitor Alves relies on the collaboration of specialized companies for the design and manufacture of urban furniture, with particular attention to manufacturing techniques, raw materials and components that ensure total safety.
IRRIGATION SYSTEM
Vitor Alves ensures the installation of material for irrigation of green spaces and agriculture, using the latest technologies in irrigation material, such as sprinkler irrigation, localized micro irrigation, controllers and programmers, drip irrigation, among others. With these systems we aim to achieve water and electricity savings and development of healthier plants.
ILLUMINATION
Vitor Alves has extensive experience in the field of lighting, transforming your outdoor space into a pleasant environment of light, color and dynamism. The places/lighting points are analyzed in order to create comfortable spaces with shadow and light effects, highlighting trees, plants, pools, shrubs, paths, garden areas, among others.
PROJECTS
Creation and design of landscape solutions adapted to each client and each space. There is a multidirectional respect, addressing the client's wishes, taking into consideration the surrounding space and cherishing nature in its essence.
MAINTENANCE
The maintenance of gardens that Vitor Alves ensures is carried out by employees specialized in gardening. It has a series of specific machines and equipment that help to ensure the necessary profitability to this type of service provided. These works arise spontaneously by the common "word of mouth" or naturally in a continuity of the project work and construction of the garden. With the proper technical evaluation, garden restoration is also performed.
CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUNDS
Vitor Alves also assures the installation of playground equipment, following the evolution that these spaces and the safety of children have demanded over time. Our concern is to offer innovative and didactic equipment for children to develop their motor and imaginary skills.
PAVEMENTS
To gardens and exterior spaces Vitor Alves can add sidewalks that make these spaces even richer. The built elements are equally important to give life and another color to them, such as gravel, deck, turf grids, wood, concrete slabs, paving, among others.
